We have two live music and entertainment shows Friday – Saturday. First dinner seating is at 8:00 pm and our second seating is at 11:00 pm. Doors open at 7:30 pm for cocktails and general admission. Dinner reservation guests should arrive promptly and with all guests in attendance prior to being seated. We have a 15 minute maximum hold time for all table reservations. A Credit Card is held for all reservations. 24hr cancellation policy. $50 per person charge for no-shows.

DINNER & RESERVATIONS

Our sharable prix-fixe menu is $85. Dinner reservations include all items listed in the menu paired with our spectacular Tucán show followed by a live band. Beverages are separate.

The menu includes a variety of savory dishes and chef’s selection for dessert. The Chef updates our menu often, to provide a range in your dining experience.

PLEASE NOTE:

There are two shows Friday and Saturday. Guests in first dinner seating have the table for only the first show. After the first show, the table will be turned over to new guests arriving for the last show. We welcome first show dinner guests to continue the night at the Bar and in standing room. Guests in the second dinner seating may keep their table for the duration of the evening.

LATE NIGHT

Our second half of programming for the evening begins at 1:30am. Enjoy pulsating tropical rhythms fused with a variety of electronic music by local to international DJs, coupled with live percussion.

DRESS CODE

We encourage all of our guests to fix up and look sharp by coming in cocktail attire or formal wear. Please note: Casual attire such as flip flops, t-shirts or beach wear will not be admitted. This is showbiz, kid!

Diana Fuentes, the second Cuban singer songwriter signed on by Sony Music after Celia Cruz, is a leader within the flourishing generation of performers and musicians from Cuba. Her second album, Planeta Planetario, was a joint artistic collaboration with renowned Puerto Rican musician and producer, Eduardo Cabra (Visitante), member of the band Calle 13.

She started her musical career in 2001 after she joined the Afro Cuban fusion band Sintesis, who was nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2002 for the album Habana Flor de Piel and she went on to collaborate with musicians likeDescemer Bueno (singer-songwriter of “Bailando”) Carlos Varela (singer-songwriter of theme song “Una Palabra” of the movie “Men on Fire” starring Denzel Washington), Tommy Torres (singer ft “La Fortuna”), Pablo Milanes andJoan Manuel Serrat ( Cuba Canta a Serrat ), to name a few.
Her latest single release, “La Vida Me Cambio” from her new Album, “Todo Esta Pasando” was a special collaboration with Gente De Zona; where both artists joined forces to create a summer hit single produced by Grammy award winner Motiff and filmed in Cuba by the famous director Alejandro Perez of “Bailando” and “La Gozadera”. Florida Foster Care Review promotes the safety, well-being and long-term success of abused and neglected children through volunteer-driven case reviews and system level advocacy. Wynwood will see the streets come alive for the fourth annual Wynwood Life! It is held in Miami’s Art and Cultural District and is a true celebration of all things we love about South Florida – Food, Art, Music and Fashion! Twenty thousand people will fill the streets perusing art, crafts, jewelry and over 100 vendors all while being entertained by live art and music and noshing on local fare from over 40 food trucks!

WynwoodMap.com and The RAW Project will curate the Live Art Stage featuring a wide variety of street artists from around the World. The festival encourages students and emerging artists to take part in the “Emerging Artist Competition”. Wynwood Life is proud to have the Miami Art & Design Education Institute (M.A.D.E.) as the presenting sponsor, because M.A.D.E is known for elevating people’s art and design career to the next level by way of their industry-driven approach to education, through coaching, mentoring, and networking in the heart of Miami’s Art District. In addition, WYN 317 Gallery will be the gallery partner as well as being on the selection committee.

Over 20 bands and DJs will occupy the Live Music Stage featuring local favorites and hometown bands gone big such as Otto Von Schirach, Tamboka, Jeano Music, Hoy Palloy, Zander and many more.

The Style Lounge will offer free services including nail polish changes, a braid station and Henna. The Spot Barbershop will have a pop up for the men, and stylists will showcase multiple fashion shows by local boutiques, fashion bloggers including iShine365, Dyme Lyfe, graciouslylovedllc, Koko and Palenki, to name a few.

The Wynwood Culinary Showcase will feature top restaurants and chefs from the area providing teachable moments such as Chef Cesar Zapata from Phuc yea, who will teach us how to cook a whole fish. This year, the stage will also invite South Florida chefs outside of Wynwood who are taking the culinary scene to a higher level. Scheduled to make demos are Max Santiago, Bunnie Cakes, Crave Clean, Copper 29, and more. The Bitter Truth will have a pop up where they’ll carve the ice for each cocktail with a chainsaw, and they will also compete against Employees Only to come up with the “Best Cocktail” at Wynwood Life.

On December 31st, Vagabond Kitchen and Bar is offering guests two dinner seatings to ring in the New Year. The first seating, 5:30-7:00pm, is a set 3-course meal for $75 per person. The meal starts off with an Alaskan King Crab with apple cider foam, cucumber, apple, and golden osetra caviar followed by a Diver scallop served with polenta cake. The third course is delicious Surf & Turf made of prime beef tenderloin, Maine lobster, sautéed maitake mushrooms, mashed potatoes with lobster béarnaise. Guests can choose to add fresh black mashed potatoes for $15. Vagabond is offering guests both a Dark Chocolate Bar made with chocolate ganache, hazelnut and caramel Pistacchio ice cream; and a Rouge Surprise, mascarpone mousse, creamy raspberry, cherry cream, and pistachio. The second seating is a 4-course meal beginning at 9:00pm. This seating has all the same dishes as the first seating along with a Black Truffle Gnocchi served with mascarpone, parmesan and shaved black truffle. This 4-course meal is $115 per person including a champagne toast at midnight, or $165 per person including a champagne bottle per couple. Open bar is available bar side only at $75 per person from 11:00pm-2:30am including a champagne toast at midnight. This past Tuesday, hundreds of Foodies stormed the Southern tip of South Beach looking to experience the ultimate gastronomic crawl…and my oh my!!!… did they ever!!!

La crème de la crème of the world-class restaurants in the South of Fifth neighborhood rolled out their red carpets and proceeded to showcase their greatest hits to welcome the participants of South of Spice.

Only in its second year, South of Spice is quickly becoming the “must do” event for all foodies in the South Florida area. Its popularity can be attributed to three factors: affordability, quality and execution. Where else can you experience eight Top-Tier restaurants for $45.00?

Now, this is not a one meal, one dish type of set-up. We are talking about an unending parade of samples of the best each restaurant has to offer. You can eat as much as you want. Each restaurant also included complimentary beverages to accompany the samples. We are talking from a wonderful Sterling Vineyards Merlot at Red, The Steakhouse to Caipirinhas at Fogo de Chão.

As if the price and the quality weren’t enough, there are motor coaches, provided by miRide, on constant rotation to effortlessly chauffeur you from doorstep to doorstep. You don’t have to walk if you don’t want to but after several waves of delicious samples, a little walking helps.

Another good thing about the event is that South of Spice benefits the CI Foundation and their community initiative Eat Smart, which finds a balance between battling childhood hunger and providing healthy meals to promote youth nutrition.

The participating restaurants were: Red, the Steakhouse; Cibo Wine Bar; Il Mulino; Fogo de Chão; Izzy’s Oyster Bar; The Local House; Radio Bar and Craft Social Club .

We couldn’t visit all of them this time around but we can’t wait for next year!
