Elevate was founded by Alexandra Silva Labarr, TEDx speaker, keynote speaker, author, and founder of TPN Community. Known as “The Networking Queen,” Alexandra wrote The Power of Networking and created Elevate to bring that vision to life: a space where everyone belongs, bringing people from different industries and walks of life together for one purpose—to elevate their businesses through connection.
Now entering its fourth year, Elevate has sold out every year and continues to grow. Each year, the conference moves to a different city, creating new opportunities for connection and community.
The theme for 2027 is ONE ROOM. Alexandra chose this theme because she has seen firsthand how being in the right room can change someone’s life.

On March 18, 2027, Elevate comes to Stage 954 in Dania Beach, with Mayor Joyce L. Davis delivering the opening keynote and welcoming attendees to the city.
Hosted by TPN Community, the event is expected to bring together more than 300 business owners for an engaging day featuring keynote speakers, panel discussions, activations, networking opportunities, and fun surprises from 9 AM to 3 PM, followed by a happy hour.
Dr. Ann Monis, Executive Entrepreneur, will be one of the featured speakers. She will discuss business, human behavior, and leadership, bringing insights designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners better understand the human side of business and effective leadership.
