Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature event offering everyone in the community an opportunity to join in the fight against cancer and help raise money to support research, provide services to patients and caregivers, and to promote community awareness of ways to prevent cancer.
The survivor ceremony, a traditional part of Relay for Life, where survivors gather to honor and celebrate their survivorship, their families and friends. The survivor ceremony begins at 4 p.m. All survivors are welcome.
Family-friendly entertainment, food and activities continue throughout the day and end with a moving luminaria ceremony where memorial lights are lit in memory of those we have lost to cancer and to honor those who have survived. The luminaria ceremony begins at 7:30 p.m.

The Wynwood Yard’s grand finale season ushers in the grandest of all Pub Crawl Pick Up events we have ever hosted! This April 7th, the very last Pub Crawl Pick Up at our Wynwood location followed by The Yard’s International Beer Day Festival (International Beer Day Festival entry free for Pub Crawl Pick Up holders!!) will bring together community partners, organizations, local breweries and restaurants that have made past community clean ups fun, impactful and delicious.

Join us, longtime Pub Crawl Pick Up partner, Debris Free Oceans, plus our featured partner for April: Rescue a Reef, along with an impressive cohort of community organizations like Miami Water Keeper, AIM, and The Full Edit, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on a mission to beautify Wynwood while also making an impact on Biscayne Bay and Miami’s beaches.

Meet at 2:30 p.m. at The Wynwood Yard to sign in and enjoy an initial brew or kombucha, meet fellow cleaner uppers, and learn about DFO and featured participating non-profit. You’ll travel through the neighborhood, cleaning up as you go and making a pit stop for a bite at Charlie’s Vegan Tacos on our way back to The Wynwood Yard, where we’ll join the International Beer Day Festival (your $20 ticket includes vouchers for beer samples at the festival).

Also, $5 of your $20 ticket will benefit Debris Free Oceans and another $5 will benefit a participating non-profit of your choice.

Inland trash eventually makes its way from city centers to our waterways, harming marine life and water quality. The Yard’s Pub Crawl Pick Up community cleaning events have proudly:

** Engaged 350 people in our community to get involved in this important environmental effort

** Raised over $3000 to donate to 12 local organizations involved in environmental and social awareness + impact

** Deepened our community’s sense of connection and influence, and opened the door for long lasting friendships and networking

Celebrate International Women’s Day with Brightline & Bumble Bizz as they come together to host the Women on the FAST Track panel. The panel will celebrate some of South Florida’s most notable female leaders, raise and address some of the important issues women face today, and discuss ways to identify and build resources and support within our community. The event will take place at Brightline’s Miami station, MiamiCentral, kicking off with cocktail hour, featuring champagne, wine and delicious bites.

Concrete Beach Brewery is one of those brewery where you can find women at the tank brewing beer, slaying on the marketing team, pound the pavement on the sales team, and slangin’ brews at the bar. We’re proving that #TheFutureisFemale with a night of women empowerment on March 8th, starting with a networking mixer at 6 PM and a women-cast panel at 7:30 PM. We’ll be releasing She is Brutiful Brut IPA, brewed in honor of International Women’s Day.

The panel will consist of Melissa Carcache (actress and founder of We Are Millenial Women), Ambar Rodriguez (Investigative Producer for WSVN-TV), Rebecca Lago (Brand Sales Manager for Concrete Beach Brewery) and Grisell Rodriguez (Creator of Women Run Wynwood).
