Habitat at 1 Hotel South Beach will serve a special Thanksgiving prix-fixe brunch buffet for $105++, which will include a seasonal vegan soup, a cold station where guests may choose from a variety of chef’s dishes and an assortment of side options. Guests can also select from charcuterie board options, a raw bar and ceviche, a chef carving station, seasonal dishes, a risotto station, and, of course, a variety of desserts from the pastry store. For $45++, Habitat will also provide a kids buffet for youngsters age 10 and below.
