Did someone say brunch? Join us at Rivertail for the launch of brunch on Sunday, February 23. Chef Jose Mendin’s first seafood-focused restaurant will serve up options like Surf Benedicts, poached eggs with brioche toast, yuzu hollandaise and your choice of Maine lobster, salmon rillettes or softshell crab; Crab Chilaquiles, tortilla chips topped with kimchee crab, salsa roja and cotija cheese; Cornbread Pancakes topped with Mike’s hot honey and cotija cheese. Guests will also have an array of brunch libations, including our Bloody Mary and Oyster Shot Bar, along with a variety of Micheladas and Bubbletails.
