Kuro, the award-winning, new-style Japanese restaurant at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, is hosting an exclusive wine dinner featuring the Napa wines of PlumpJack, Cade and Odette Wineries on Thursday, July 13, 2017. The five-course dinner, hosted by PlumpJack Group’s Scot Gaffney, will be prepared by Kuro’s creative culinary team, led by Executive Chef Alex Q. Becker with each course expertly paired with Plumpjack wine selections. The night will begin with a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. All guests in attendance will take home a complimentary bottle of Adaptation Wine.
