If you’re an avid collector, or you simply appreciate quality and beauty, be sure to mark your calendar for the first weekend in March, as the prestigious Palm Beach Fine Craft Show returns for its 9th year March 2 – 4 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Florida Design Magazine calls the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show one of “Florida’s World-Class Art Shows.”

Not to be confused with the myriad “craft fairs” that dot the South Florida landscape in the springtime, the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show is a unique, upscale shopping experience with 123 jury-selected artists and designers from across the country offering work in a dozen different media.

The show returns to the Palm Beach County Convention Center for three full days, offering visitors the opportunity to meet and purchase work from these acclaimed artists, listen to informative and entertaining lectures, enjoy fashion shows and take home a wonderful piece of art or two for the home or closet.

From hand-crafted furniture and lighting to decorative objects for the home – some functional, others not – to jewelry, wearable art and more, the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show truly offers something for everyone.

Weekend events include Informative Lectures, Demonstrtions and Fashion Shows.

The Palm Beach Fine Craft Show will feature new and compelling works in ceramics; silver, bronze, and copper; mixed media; decorative and wearable fiber; jewelry; paper; wood; and glass.

“Each piece represents an inspiring facet of the American spirit, transmitted from the artist’s hands to yours, said show organizer Elizabeth Kubie.” One of the most compelling aspects of this show, she added, “is the opportunity visitors have to actually meet the artist who created the work. No gallery owners, no agents; just the artists and their art.”
