Celebrate the Fourth of July at Fontainebleau, Miami Beach’s timeless American icon. For one night only, Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery, in partnership with Edrington, brings its award-winning cocktail program to Bleau Bar on Saturday, July 4, from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Ranked among North America’s 50 Best Bars, named Best Cocktail Bar in Miami Beach by Miami New Times (2025) and Best Cocktail Bar in Florida by Chowhound (2025), Miami Beach’s Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery, led by Danilo Bozovic, will serve a selection of classic and tropical cocktails featuring Edrington’s portfolio, including The Macallan, Brugal, and No. 3 London Dry Gin.

The pop-up combines Swizzle’s speakeasy-inspired hospitality with Fontainebleau’s legendary atmosphere for a festive Independence Day celebration featuring live music and the best of Miami nightlife.
