Life Time Miami at The Falls and The Falls Mall Host a Family Fun & Fitness Event to Celebrate Mother’s Day

 Celebrate mom with movement, music and meaningful moments at Family Fun & Fitness: Mother’s Day Edition, a family-friendly gathering hosted by Life Time Miami at The Falls and The Falls Mall. This community event is packed with engaging activities for the whole family – relaxing spa indulgences for mom, a creative corner for the kids and a lively dance fitness class the whole family can enjoy. It’s a wonderful opportunity to show appreciation for the amazing moms in our lives and create lasting memories together.

The event will include:
– Life Time Spa Table: Moms can unwind with mini spa offerings from Life Time Spa. 
– Life Time Kid’s Table: Stickers, face paint and fun from Life Time’s Kids Academy team. 
– Dance Fitness Class: A 30-minute family-friendly workout session featuring energizing music led by a Life Time trainer from 6:15-6:45 p.m.
– Giveaways and Surprises: Participating retailers will provide goodies for those in attendance, including Lululemon, Arcade Time Entertainment, Haagen Daz, Sephora and more!
