Stretch, bond, and breathe in this special yoga workshop that enables you to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby.
We’ll bring to life an adventure through movement and bonding postures. Be ready to hop like frogs, laugh, stretch and challenge yourself in this amazing workout that will allow you and your little one to complete relax as you both take deep breaths together.

Every kid must have an accompanying adult yoga buddy in order to participate.

Bring extra blankets, stuffed animals, and your stroller to the studio for this workshop, PLUS…Nannies and Dads are also welcomed!
