Hogzilla’s Inspired Barbeque, the latest and most unique introduction to the South Beach culinary scene, invites the South Florida locals to celebrate its official opening. From the hungry, creative minds of seasoned restaurant operator Ron Garcia (Burger & Beer Joint, Sushi Samba) and local BBQ master Raul Rodriguez, the first Hogzilla’s Inspired Barbeque is a wholly distinctive dining establishment. Embracing the American traditions of the supper club and sports bar, Hogzillaʼs offers a state-of-the-art food menu and bar selection, as well live entertainment, televised games on its numerous 50” TVs set within an imaginative “redneck chic” setting.

Attendees should be prepared to have their taste buds blown away as the evening will provide complimentary food from its renowned, one of a kind menu. The food selection, conceptualized by Garcia and Rodriguez, and executed by Executive Chef Eli Jackson, is traditional in basis, featuring many classic barbeque favorites, but draws from a host of ingredients and techniques to create a style that is both creative and delectable. To top off the evening, guests will enjoy gratis signature cocktails, raffle opportunities, fun interactive photos ops and a live musical performance by Gator Nate and The Gladesmen.
