The Great Table on the Great Lawn

Under the full, harvest moon on Friday, October 22, the Garden will present The Great Table on the Great Lawn, a reception and dinner that showcases locally grown organic foods, esteemed regional growers and producers, a stellar guest chef and distinctive culinary experience.
Celebrated chef Ken Lyon of Fratelli Lyon Restaurant and Lyon + Lyon Catering will prepare a five-course reception and dinner served on a grand table on the Gardenâ€™s Great Lawn. Exceptional wines from Mattebella Vineyards on Long Island’s North Fork will be paired with each course on an extensive menu designed to highlight locally harvested seafood, seasonal fruit and vegetables, locally raised organic meats, cheese and dairy products from Florida growers such as Paradise Farms, Bee Heaven Farm, Palmetto Creek Farms, Haniâ€™s Mediterranean Organics, and others.
The all-inclusive dinner is priced at $100 per person with a 10% member discount on two tickets. The event will raise funds for landscape features in the Gardenâ€™s new design by acclaimed landscape architect Raymond Jungles. Highlights of the design will be discussed by Ray Jungles during the reception.
