Advertising Federation of Greater Miami ADDYR Awards at the Adrienne Arsht Center Knight Concert Hall 3/4/10

And the ADDY® Goes to…. a New Location on March 4th – Change is Good

Advertising industry professionals, enthusiasts and students alike will be gathering in a new location for the unveiling of the most creative advertising work by Miami’s advertising industry. The event will take place at the Adrienne Arsht Center’s Knight Concert Hall on March 4th beginning with a cocktail reception at 6:30pm followed by the award ceremony at 8:00pm.
With over 700 entries this year, judges came from around the country to determine the best creative in over 80 categories including campaigns, non-profit work, promotional material, and many more. “We are very excited with the number of entries and quality of work submitted” says Miguel Larrea, Senior Account Executive for Clear Channel Outdoor and Adfed President. “It took our judges over 10 hours to go through all the entries – many of which were very, very close,” adds Alan Brown, Principal of Kabookaboo Marketing and this year’s ADDY® Committee Chair.
Tickets for this year’s event are $70.00 per person or $50.00 for students and can be purchased at or by calling 305-665-8411.
Several high profile companies have already signed up as sponsors including Clear Channel Outdoor, The Miami Herald, Bacardi, Goldstein Schechter Koch, iCreatives, and Audio Visual.
