Patients, survivors and caregivers are invited to join us for this free movement + Zumba Gold class hosted by Dr. Niraj Mehta + Pinky Jiteshkumar. Attendees will learn how movement can support optimal healing along the cancer journey to survivorship. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring a water bottle and a towel.
