Three-Course Thanksgiving Menu | $45 Per Person

First Course (Choose One):
– Roasted Kabocha Soup, roasted kabocha, white miso
– Sweet Potato Tempura, yuzu salt, black garlic aioli
– Mushroom & Mizuna Salad, ponzu vinaigrette

Main Course (Choose One):
– Miso Hamachi Kama, house pickles, charred lemon
– Five-Spice Turkey Breast, kabocha wasabi purée, pickled cranberries
