On Monday, October 12, the InterContinental Miami partners with Brie Mazen of Florida Yoga Mama for a meaningful Yoga Flow Class followed by the restorative sounds of Sound Bowl Healing on the hotel’s SkyLawn. Guests are encouraged to wear pink workout attire in support of the themed class. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply looking to move, breathe, and connect, enjoy an evening of yoga, community, and stunning Biscayne Bay views while supporting BRCAStrong.

Session begins at 7PM. After class, guests are encouraged to stay and connect with others in the community. Tickets are priced at $20 and all proceeds from ticket sales are being donated to BRCAStrong to help the non-profit continue to provide women in immediate need of post-mastectomy surgery care kits.
