Palace Pump: “Stretch” with Christopher Anderson. Midweek reset starts here. “Stretch” is a deep flexibility and recovery session in collaboration with Superstar Stretch Club, focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and restoring your body.
We will first meet at Palace Bar & Restaurant and then walk over across to the 9th Street beach.

Location: Start at Palace and walk over to 9th St Beach.
