On December 17th, we’re shaking things up at Pembroke Gardens with our revamped Wellness Sunday x Nike Series! Join us for a dynamic Soca Step class, a Caribbean-dance fitness vibe that has taken over Broward County, that’s not just good for the body but also an absolute blast! Hosted by Kamal Cudjoe @tailoredfitness12, this high-energy workout kicks off at 10 a.m. and runs until 11 a.m.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there! Attendees will have the opportunity to score Nike swag goody bags on a first-come, first-served basis and also stand a chance to win exciting Nike prizes.
