In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, THesis Hotel Miami will host a nightlife-inspired silent disco workout class, in partnership with Lit&Lean, on Saturday, May 20th starting at 10:00 a.m., to fundraise for Beyond Grey. Founded by DJ Liz Linenmeier, Lit&Lean is a pop-up workout club, partnering with clubs, penthouses and rooftops, to perfectly combine fitness, house music and partying. From cheers, fist pumps and beat drops, this unique fitness journey will leave guests feeling like they just spent a night out at the club, minus the hangover. Make sure to stick around afterwards, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., to shop local vendors including Join the Wavement, Sol to Soul, What’s Poppin Popsicles and 5B x Lit&Lean, as well as receive sponsored gifts from Intelligent Change, Little Words Project, Topo Chiko, Pura Vida, Lesser Evil Snacks, THesis Hotel and more. The raffle will consist of a plethora of items valued up to $500, including the following:

Four-class pack at Open Door Yoga
Three dozen oysters from The Lazy Oyster

Beyond Grey is a Miami-based nonprofit organization that provides innovative mental and physical health programs to marginalized individuals and communities. All proceeds earned will benefit Beyond Grey’s next fitness program which will provide licensed therapy services to women enrolled in college aged 18-26 years old.

Tickets range from $30 to $35 per person and can be purchased HERE. Please arrive fifteen minutes early to check-in and sign up for the raffle. To ensure maximum comfort, bring an exercise mat.
