Beethoven’s Symphony N. 1 in C Major, Op. 21 will be performed by Dr. Paul Posnak & Dr. Anita Castiglione. Dr. Posnak’s international career as concert pianist, recording artist, transcriber and educator began with a full scholarship to the Juilliard School at age 8. Recipient of Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees at Juilliard, and of the Loeb Prize (Juilliard’s highest award), he won First Prizes in the International J.S. Bach Competition and the Concert Artists Guild Competition in New York. Dr. Castiglione’s career as a soloist, collaborative pianist, choral accompanist and educator began with piano studies at the age of six.
