This Sunday, September 15, Bakan will be celebrating Mexican Independence Day!

Bakan will be serving delicious, authentic Mexican dishes that you can eat to the tune of a live Mariachi band from 2:30pm – 4:30pm, and from 8pm – 11pm. Add one of their delicious cocktails, like their politically charged “The Wall” and now it really is a Fiesta!

At 10pm Bakan will celebrate with the traditional “El Grito” or “Grito de Independencia,” which commemorates the act that initiated the Independence war of Mexico in the early morning hours of September 16 and is celebrated and chanted every year in Mexico.
