Brew House Rock is a monthly educational series designed for anyone who is interested in developing a deeper knowledge and appreciation for craft beer. Each class has a different theme, and includes beer tastings with special ingredients to highlight subtle flavor notes, such as caramel, toffee and fruit. January’s theme is Malt & You: The Backbone of Beer. Guests will learn about different malts, grains and their effects on beer.
