Allegra Angelo, sommelier and wine consultant, will feature four affordable and friendly wines. Perfect for a simple Sunday family dinner or for a Friday night cocktail hour at home, these wines will show you that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to drink well.
A former biological anthropology major and pastry cook, Allegra Angelo worked for five years with Chef Michelle Bernstein Restaurants. Currently she works with Florida Wine Company and consults for Fifty Eggs Restaurant Group.
