These pop-up studios will feature four makeup stations with artists on hand to offer guests styling tips and makeovers and to talk about seasonal trends and the latest Maybelline products. Other Color Studios will be set up in New York City and Chicago.
Fashion’s Night Out in The Miami Design District will also be home to a temporary stage with live musical performances in Oak Plaza starting at 9 PM.
Participating Miami Design District retailers for Fashion’s Night Out include Anya Ponorovskaya, Duncan Quinn, En Avance, FriendsWithYou, Genius Jones, I on the District, Kiliwatch Miami, Maison Martin Margiela, Marimekko, Marni, Nektar de Stagni, Sebastian James, Tomas Maier, Turchin Love & Light Collection, and Y-3. In-store presentations during Fashion’s Night Out will include a showcase of the summer collection from Marni and the company’s collaboration with French artist Claude Caillol, who created a series of striking images for a special line of Marni t-shirts and vinyl bags. In addition, En Avance will present its fall collection from designer Mirco Giovannini and Anya Ponorovskaya will launch an extremely limited line of dresses and sweater wraps made from the knitwear world’s most luxurious material, Qiviuk. Design District restaurants including Fratelli Lyon, Maitardi, Q American Barbeque, and Sra. Martinez, will also team up with retailers to provide catering for the evening’s events.
