Join Sunbox Eleven Winery Owner, Sunny Fraser, and Chef Winemaker Superdave Gordon for a specially designed four-course dinner prepared by Meat Market Executive Chef, Sean Brasel, to pair perfectly with a selection of Sunbox Eleven wines.

third course: sliced, dry aged new york strip
morel mushroom and plum-parsnip hash
red wine pink peppercorn reduction
paired with 2007 sunbox 11 “the muse” petite sirah
eaglepoint ranch vineyard, mendocino

fourth course: goat cheese – cheesecake with fig chutney rosemary – ginger sand
baked brie with figs and plums
encapsulated mango-red wine caviar
candied walnuts and prailine
paired with 2008 sunbox 11 “the naughty” zinfandel
beatty ranch vineyard, howell mountain
(This magnificent Zinfandel is being presented in Sunbox11’s unique presentation “the vini” as an individual glass of wine presented in a glass tube, protected by argon gas and stelvin enclosure).
