We will energize our chakras, rinse our bodies of mental/physical/emotional tension, and free our mind as we embody the different Goddess Archetypes with Nurturing Moves®.
Allow Your Feminine Divine Energy, Compassion, Love, and Acceptance To Strengthen and Radiate Outwards To Our World. This is a therapeutic, wellness, spiritual, and mental “workout”. Bring a towel, dress to sweat, and move freely. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
