Discover the rich, refined character of The Dalmore 17-Year-Old, an exceptional Highland single malt created through meticulous multi-cask maturation. Initially nurtured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the whisky is finished in an exclusive trilogy of rare Amoroso, Apostoles and 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks.

The result is an elegant expression layered with Seville orange, orchard fruit and wood spice, followed by poached pear, forest berries, toffee and orange marmalade. A lingering finish of dark chocolate orange, dried fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg makes it a distinctive whisky well worth discovering.

Dinner begins with a reception at 6:30pm, followed by an artfully crafted dinner at 7:00pm. Seating is limited to 16 guests.
