Arlo Wynwood’s Higher Ground invites comedy fans to “ArLOL,” a stand-up comedy showcase on Thursday, June 25 from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Hosted by Paula Barrios, the event features fan-favorite comedians from Miami and across the country. Barrios is a Miami-based comedian and local legend known for her work in stand-up and voice acting with credits on Netflix and Hulu.

Enjoy performances from headliner Carlos Hernandez, featuring Big A and Allison Mccoin. Hernandez is a stand-up comedian based in Miami, known for his work with Only in Dade, a locally-beloved Instagram page posting unique Miami moments that has turned into a media brand. Hernandez has become a prominent figure in the comedy community for his interviews on the street and with celebrities and South FL locals. His stand-up performances are not to be missed, and make for the perfect Thursday night of laughs.

Andy “Big A” Forrester, best known for his Dry Bar Comedy special Most of This is Baby Fat, and who has been performing and touring the country for over 25 years, also makes an appearance at ArLOL. He is accompanied by fellow comedian and founder of Vice City Comedy Festival, Allison McCoin. McCoin brings jokes from a Midwestern perspective to the South Florida stage, with an attitude that is sure to have audiences laughing all night long. Doors open at 8:30 p.m.
