72 Carlyle partners with Nofar Method for an exclusive 70-minute mat Pilates experience designed to energize the body while giving back to the Miami Beach arts community. Taking place on Friday, February 13 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood, led by founder Nofar Hagag-renowned for working with celebrity clients such as Brooke Shields and Carey Mulligan. Registered guests should meet at the 72 Carlyle sales gallery and will be escorted to the rooftop, where the event will take place. The session will feature Nofar’s signature athletic Pilates approach, emphasizing strength, control, alignment and full-body precision. The experience will include 55 minutes of dynamic mat Pilates followed by 15 minutes of deep stretch and mobility work to restore balance and improve range of motion. Following the class, guests are invited to enjoy light bites and fresh juices while connecting with like-minded attendees and taking in the setting of one of Miami Beach’s most anticipated residential developments, 72 Carlyle, a luxury condominium designed by acclaimed Italian designer, Piero Lissoni. Tickets are $39, with proceeds benefiting The Rhythm Foundation, a Miami Beach–based nonprofit supporting free cultural programs including the Miami Beach Youth Music Festival, North Beach Social, Arts in the Park, and the Bandshell’s beloved roller disco series.
