The evening begins with first course options such as Beef carpaccio, Tuna belly with smoked Wagyu jus and Osetra caviar, Burrata with homemade mole, or Ginger salad. Continue with second course selections like Tiger prawn, Meatballs in mezcal tomato sauce with capers and caramelized onion, Baked aubergine, or Vegan aubergine.
