The evening, dubbed “A Night of Culinary Excellence,” brings together a powerhouse lineup of Culinary Institute of America alumni and rising chefs, from South Florida favorites like Kieth Blauschild (The Cook & The Cork) and Christian Diaz (Mamey) to international guest chefs like José Lopez (Casa Chameleon, Costa Rica) and Victoria Androsz (Vici Design NYC). Guests will enjoy an al fresco, multi-course dinner with wine pairings, followed by a live performance by global superstar Shaggy and an after-party at Ivy Rooftop featuring dueling DJs, cigars, and cocktails.
Hosted by TV personality Yve Rojas and featuring illusionist Chad Long, the event merges culinary artistry with Miami’s signature flair, all to raise funds for the Flavors Beyond Borders Scholarship in partnership with the Culinary Institute of America, supporting the next generation of chefs.
