This community gathering will begin with a nourishing Yin Yoga flow, followed by a guided heart meditation to ease tension and dissolve self-doubt. A soulful sound healing journey will close the evening, offering space for reset, renewal and connection to inner radiance. Guests can expect a blend of Yin Yoga, chakra-aligned sound healing, guided meditation and intention setting. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, pen and any personal crystals. Parking options include street parking on Liberty Avenue and 23rd Street, a public lot on Collins Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets, and hotel valet service.
