JARANA will welcome Juan Manuel Umbert and Janice Buraschi; the husband-and-wife duo behind PASTA Wynwood for an exclusive culinary collaboration with JARANA Executive Chef Martha Palacios. Known for elevating traditional Italian cuisine with Peruvian flair, Umbert and Buraschi bring soulful, seasonal dishes rooted in simplicity and technique. The family-style, four-course menu features highlights such as Tuna Tartare with aji amarillo and egg yolk “bottarga”; Muchame with hamachi, avocado, and black olives; Peruvian corn cappellacci with steak anticuchero and brown butter; and Alfajor de Lúcuma with fior di latte gelato.
