We traveled down to the Redlands and stopped by the Redlands Market to grab a bite to eat. Â We decided to stop at Los Potosinos Taqueria, I had the tostadas with pork and it was amazing. Â The pork was cooked outside on spit with pineapple, Â WOW it was good. Â James had the enchilada’s and I have to say it was about the best enchiladas I have had. So if you want really good Mexican food and don’t mind driving about 30 minutes down to the Redland’s, you won’t be disappointed.
