On Sunday, May 10, the Mediterranean and Italian-inspired restaurant will offer a celebratory brunch featuring a three-course prix fixe menu priced at $75++ per person. Guests will begin with a choice of Insalata di Primavera – a fresh Spring salad with arugula, strawberries, toasted almonds, and goat cheese finished with a light citrus vinaigrette; Polpette della Nonna – traditional Italian beef meatballs served in slow-cooked tomato sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano and grilled rustic bread; or Carpaccio di Manzo – thinly sliced prime beef with arugula, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, capers, and lemon olive oil dressing. For the main course, guests may select Pappardelle al Vino Rosso con Salsa Alfredo – fresh pappardelle pasta infused with red wine and tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano and butter; Salmone al Limone – pan-seared salmon served with roasted vegetables and a delicate lemon butter sauce; or Pollo Arrosto alle Erbe – herb-roasted chicken served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Brunch concludes on a sweet note with Semifreddo al Limone, a light and creamy Italian lemon semifreddo served chilled with delicate citrus notes and a smooth, velvety texture.
