Indulge in a night where couture meets culinary artistry at an exclusive rooftop fashion experience. Join us on Monday, April 27th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Nube Rooftop, perched above Beach House Fort Lauderdale, for an unforgettable evening of style, flavor, and creativity.

Guests will enjoy a decadent eight-course tasting menu, thoughtfully curated by our culinary team and perfectly paired with premium wines. Each course will be served throughout the evening as models take to the runway, showcasing original designs created by the talented Sharon OSP. This exclusive evening will, in part, benefit the St. Thomas University Fashion Merchandising and Design Program, supporting student opportunities in global travel, experiential learning, and industry engagement.

At the heart of the experience are the students themselves. Students from the program will play an integral role in the evening’s production—working behind the scenes and alongside industry professionals to bring the event to life. From runway coordination and styling to guest experience and production execution, their involvement reflects the program’s commitment to immersive, real-world learning where education extends far beyond the classroom.

The result is a fully immersive experience where fashion and fine dining unfold seamlessly together. Set against the stunning skyline of Fort Lauderdale, this one-night-only event celebrates emerging designers, innovative cuisine, and refined elegance in an intimate rooftop setting.
