Calixto Oviedo is a Grammy-winning Cuban drummer, percussionist, and bandleader based in Miami, recognized as one of the leading figures in Latin jazz. With a career spanning decades, he has performed and recorded with iconic artists such as Chucho Valdés, Arturo Sandoval, Paquito D’Rivera, and Gonzalo Rubalcaba, as well as groups like Buena Vista Social Club and Afro Cuban All Stars.

A former member of NG La Banda, Oviedo has contributed to over 100 recordings and has been honored with a Grammy Award, multiple Latin Grammy recognitions, and his induction into the Hall of Fame in 2023. His unique style blends traditional Afro-Cuban rhythms with contemporary jazz, establishing him as a creator of a distinctive modern Cuban sound.

This event is open to all with ticket purchase. Door opens at 8 PM, show starts promptly at 9 PM. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; due to the social nature of our club, tables may be shared by different parties when needed. Limited seats available.
