DB Cooper is a producer DJ curator-organizer based in Miami Florida. He is the co-founder ofRumble in the Jungle a Miami based Jungle and Drum and Bass event series recently featured in DJMag’s “Magic City Movers” July 2025 article and the co-founder of Left Hand FM a mix channeldedicated to spotlighting the Denver underground.Originally from New York City DB was influenced early on by the city’s skate and graffiti culture.After moving to Florida as a teenager he became immersed in Miami Bass Florida Breaks ElectroJungle and Club Music genres that continue to shape his work. His approach to music is rooted in anethos of cultural preservation treating underground sounds as a living archive and using his work todocument honor and evolve their history.His music has been released on labels including FTP Illeven Eleven and Wile Out. In 2023 hereleased his debut EP Shady Palms on Barcelona’s Planetaria Soundsystem which was featured inBeatport’s Featured Picks and Scuffed Recordings’ Scuffed Selects. His tracks can be heard in mixes onThe Lot Radio BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix and in mixes by artists such as DJ Icey Jubilee Anna MorganBianca Oblivion and more. He debuted hisfirst live set at Miami’s iii Points Festival in 2023 with an all-originals set of songs dedicated to the places he has lived and towns he visited while living on the roadthat year.DB has held residencies at Miami Community Radio Florida Breaks mainstay BreaksYo! andWMNF’s long-running underground dance music show ZenTripz. Through releases mixes andplatforms like Rumble in the Jungle and Left Hand FM he continues to champion and archive theculture of underground music.
ORPHEUS is a boundary-pushing DJ / beat maker whose eclectic blend of classic hits with textures in underground Black dance music – has made waves across the dance floors of Miami and beyond. Originally from Washington D.C. and now based in Miami full time ORPHEUS brings a unique fusion of East Coast flavor soulful vibes high frequency drum patterns to Miami’s infectious energy at every performance.
From a young age ORPHEUS was exposed to a rich musical landscape that ranged from Go-Go to Gospel but it was the pulsating rhythms and bounce of club music that truly captured his imagination. His love for the underground dance scene combined with an early obsession with the catalogue of Prince laid the foundation for a sound that blends funky and pulsating groove-driven beats. Prince’s revolutionary approach to rhythm melody and performance resonates deeply in ORPHEUS sets — which always aspire to be eclectic bold and unapologetically unique to his point of view.
Having graduated from art school through the global pandemic and relocated to Miami a city famed for its vibrant nightlife and legendary music scene ORPHEUS quickly immersed himself amongst the local talent. Whether behind the decks or in the studio ORPHEUS pulls from an endless library of inspirations — curating a sonic palette fun and memorable.
ORPHEUS’s performances are known for their infectious energy seamless transitions and ability to create an atmosphere where every track feels like it was meant to be. With a personal connection to the dance floor and a passion for pushing musical boundaries ORPHEUS transforms every set into an experience. He has played several venues around Magic City including Le rouge Le Chick The Freehold SHOWFIELDs Kissaki Over Under as well as for The Miami Heat.
Above all ORPHEUS remains deeply committed to the idea of music as a communal transcendent experience and opportunity for authentic expression. His journey from North to South down i95 has shaped an artist whose mission is clear: to create moments of connection joy and freedom on the dance floor — one track at a time.
NEDD Hialeah born Colombian-blooded squid residing in Miami-Dade County. A regular groover on the dance floor has lately been trying their luck behind the decks. Currently sharpening their skillset to further push the hypnotic rhythms of Cumbia.
