Cleo, the recently opened Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood, is set to host its first-ever mixology class in partnership with Miami favorite Gio Gutierrez of ChatChow TV.

Guests are invited to enjoy a fresh and spirited afternoon beginning with a welcome Jasmine Spritz, followed by an interactive, hands-on cocktail session. Gio will guide attendees through crafting three of Cleo’s signature cocktails: the Carrot Collins, a mix of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Strega, carrot juice and ginger; the Sumac Cosmo, a citrusy twist on a classic with Grey Goose Citron, hibiscus tea and flamed orange; and the Cold Fashioned, an inventive blend of Angel’s Envy Rye, rum, cold brew and sherry. Each cocktail will be paired with a flavorful Cleo bite, including Hummus with house-baked pita, Corvina Ceviche, and Spicy Lamb Cigars.
