THE EVENT: One of the most exciting wine and food event to come to South Florida in many years will take place March 13th at the Lincoln Culinary Center in West Palm Beach. The gala dinner of the American Fine Wine Competition, presented by Patriot Risk Management Inc., will allow you to experience some of the most exclusive and highly awarded wines from California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Virginia, New Mexico, and Ohio. During dinner these wines will be served tableside, and will accompany delicious dishes prepared by some of south Florida’s most revered chefs.
THE LOCATION: Under a tent transformed into a setting for the evening’s magical wine fantasy, 500 award winning fine wines will be available for tasting with food prepared by creative chefs Johnny Vinczencz of Johnny V’s on Las Olas, Michael Wagner of Lola’s on Harrison, Oliver Saucy of Café Maxx in Pompano, Cindy Hutson of Ortanique on The Mile in Miami, and Juan Velasquez of Paradiso Restaurant in Lake Worth.
THE ENTERTAINMENT: Entertainment will be provided by jazz artist Nicole Henry (www.nicholehenry.com), and contemporary creative genius Michael Israel, who will astonish you with his work as he creates it before your very eyes (www.michaelisrael.com ); plus special guest MC, Wine Lover and Sports Aficianado Jimmy Cefalo.
FOR THE CHARITIES: Silent bid on over 150 wine-filled gift baskets, live bid on Michael Israel’s paintings, all of the proceeds benefiting the American Red Cross (diligently working to help Haiti recover), Quantum House (who houses the families of critically and terminally ill children being treated at St. Mary’s Hospital), and the scholarship program at Lincoln Culinary Institute.

The Gala dinner will be held at the Lincoln Culinary Institute (formally the Florida Culinary Institute) in West Palm Beach.
