The Biohack Lab, a wellness social club focused on advanced recovery, longevity and optimized living, continues its ongoing BHL Presents programming with Peptides 101, an educational talk led by Dr. Gregory Alfred on Tuesday, May 19. Designed to make the growing conversation around peptides more approachable, the in-person session will break down what peptides are, how they work and how they may support key areas of wellness, including energy, immunity, recovery, performance, skin health and hair wellness.

Following the talk, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A with Dr. Alfred. The event will continue with an in-person Peptide & IV After-Party, featuring special offers and wellness experiences for onsite guests.
