DUNE by Laurent Tourondel is hosting a captivating “Glitz & Glam” New Year’s Eve celebration on Sunday, December 31.

Spend a celebratory New Year’s Eve oceanside at one of South Florida’s most elegant and relaxing dining destinations, helmed by globally renowned Chef Laurent Tourondel.

The first seating will accept reservations between 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will feature a special a la carte menu.The second seating will accept reservations between 8:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and will have a fixed price of $295 per person for the 5-course menu. (20% gratuity and 7% tax will be added to all checks.)

The second seating will include dazzling live performances from Aerial Dragons, musical performances, live DJ, and a live countdown to New Year’s from Times Square.

For the second seating, guests will receive a New Year’s Eve champagne toast and can select one appetizer, entrée and dessert from the following menu:

Amuse Bouche
Crispy Salmon Rillettes| cucumber, capers, lemon & pickled onion

Choice of one appetizer:
Big Eye Tuna Crudo | yuzu & wholegrain mustard, hearts of palm, lemon oil
Poached Maine Lobster Salad |golden ossetra caviar, blood orange emulsion, kumquat confit
Crispy Parmesan-Truffle Souffle| asparagus, field greens, truffle cream

Pasta Course
Risotto| chanterelles, sage brown butter, mushroom jus

Choice of one entree:
Roasted Black Angus Filet | polenta, wild mushrooms, caramelized Cipollini, marsala sauce
Diver Sea Scallops | sauternes-orange nage, Kaluga caviar, endive, celery root mousseline
Crispy Breaded Halibut | leeks fondue, Barolo shallot sauce, roasted sunchoke

Choice of one dessert:
Chocolate Peanut Butter “Croquant”| banana gelato
Tangerine Pavlova | passion fruit, vanilla ice cream, crème diplomat
Chocolate Ganache| marscapone milk chocolate fondant, creamsicle sorbet
