The African Heritage Cultural Arts Center’s Winds of Heritage Dance Company presents a captivating evening of dance and music choreographed by and starring Marshall L. Davis, Jr. The performance, directed by Savion Glover, celebrates African rhythms and American tap dance, including tap’s sacred traditions and the music created by Black Americans during enslavement as a form of spiritual practice, prayer, and praise.
