Join certified yoga instructor and THesis Wellness Ambassador Bianca Natalie for a wellness reset before the weekend in the chic architecturally designed Paseo at THesis Hotel Miami. Every Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m., guests are invited to take part in the outdoor yoga class while they indulge in views of the serene courtyard. The 60-minute class is open to all skill levels and explores the fundamental postures of a Vinyasa flow. Each class will feature special guest instructors and is the perfect way to start the weekend with total mind and body relaxation. Tickets are available and can be purchased on Eventbrite.
