InterContinental at Doral Miami is the official gastronomic partner for the Manolo Valdes: The Legacy Tours. One of South Florida’s most significant art events in a decade, it is brought together by the City of Doral and the Doral Contemporary Art Museum (DORCAM).

The exhibit, which is on display through June offers tours every Saturday, starting at 10:30 a.m. from the InterContinental at Doral Miami. Participants will embark on a curated tour, explore the monumental sculptures, and visit the foundry where the statues are produced.

Each weekly tour will culminate with a Gastronomic lunch experience. Blue Matisse Restaurant, located at the InterContinental at Doral Miami, has created Spanish themed dishes that are paired with wines from Spain.
