Dust off your dancing shoes as salsa music legend Andy Harlow brings along the “Charanga Time Band” for his return concert visit to Tropical Park on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14, 2014. The concert starts at 8:00 p.m. and admission and parking are free. The event is part of the 2013-2014 Noches Tropicales free concert series presented by Miami-Dade County Parks and sponsored by Target.
