The Related Group and Jorge Pérez host an exclusive gathering for Whitewall Magazine’s VIPs during Art Basel at the sales gallery of their South of Fifth luxury condo Marea, designed by Yabu Pushelberg. Related commissioned artists Markus Linnenbrink from Germany and Riccardo de Marchi from Italy to create artistic designs for the boutique condo’s interiors. Perez, an avid patron of the arts, will also be celebrating that same week the opening of the new museum that bears his name, the Pérez Art Museum Miami.

Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres by Karla Events.

Marea is the second condo Related has launched in South of Fifth this year, following the sold-out One Ocean.
