Executive Chef Christopher Wong plans a Thanksgiving dinner designed for families and friends to enjoy at Kitchen 305. Inspired by his family’s tradition and American holiday favorites, Wong is serving a hearty all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving feast for $30 per person.

The evening begins with a choice of starters including Polynesian Hearts of Palm salad, imported artisanal and domestic cheeses, an old-world olive bar, and traditional dilled Icelandic gravlax with champagne mustard sauce from the cold bar.

A variety of gourmet soups topped with cream fresh will accompany a carving station of oven-roasted turkey with gilbert gravy, clove-studded, Smithfield Ham with maple glaze and prime rib with horseradish mouselline.

Choose from a range of trimmings including spicy andouille and oyster corn bread stuffing to toffee candied yams with pecan glaze or apple cured bacon and walnuts.

Satisfy a sweet tooth with an assortment of desserts from apple and pear cobbler with whiskey sauce, chocolate-chip pecan pie or apple butter pumpkin pie.
