This Miami Spice season, Miranda Cuisine & Bar invites Magic City foodies to enjoy its chic, off-the-beaten-path eatery nestled in Miami Springs. Executive Chef Sam Powell developed special lunch and dinner menus filled with mouthwatering dishes. Highlights include Pork Belly Chicharron, prepared on a grilled corn tortilla, with watercress salad, tonkatsu, sauce and togarashi; Tempura Rock Shrimp on a bed of tostones, green mango slaw, and rocoto chili aioli; Grilled Churrasco Steak with black bean rice, sweet plantains, and a fried egg; Snapper with quick fired vegetables, cucumber peanut salad, and coconut curry; and Danish rum punch Homemade Bread Pudding with apple compote and crème anglaise for dessert. The Miami Spice menus are available for lunch and dinner daily from Aug. 1-Sept. 30 at Miranda Cuisine & Bar. Prices are $29 and $39, respectively. Tax and gratuity is additional.
