Nestled in the heart of Miami, Villa 221 offers two of the city’s most distinctive historic and elegant Spanish villas which are over 100 years old and provide over 8,500 square feet of special event space inside. The Villas are comprised of two levels of exquisite and versatile meeting areas of various sizes. Villa 221 can be utilized as a totally self-contained facility or can be combined with our expansive outdoor patio, open-air terrace and Tropical Gardens all of which provide the perfect location for any outdoor event, fashion show, film production or photo shoot. The facility also offers extensive parking via our staff valet service as well as optional self parking within our (3) private adjacent lots which are directly connected to Villa 221 for your guests.

Salsa Social: We will have Miami Salsa Congress, BTS, Radio D.J. our Resident D.J. Jorge Charun aka Negro Chulo! Who will be Spinning the Best of the Best Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, and Bachata, Timba all night long!
